Public Forums and Meet & Greet Sessions!
The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) is pleased to provide opportunities to Georgia Families® and Georgia Families 360⁰ SM members, providers, provider associations and other interested parties to meet the Georgia Families®
Care Management Organizations (CMOs). For the new plan year beginning July 1, 2017, CMOs serving Georgia Families® members and Planning for Healthy Babies® enrollees will include Amerigroup, CareSource, Peach State and WellCare. Amerigroup will continue to serve our Georgia Families 360⁰ SM members.
Each CMO will have a one-hour segment during the Meet & Greet sessions in which they will share a presentation and provide an opportunity for Q&A. They will have representatives available to provide valuable information about their individual services and provider contracting opportunities.
