The Greenhouse Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and Sexual Assault Center (SAC) will be hosting a Adult Support Group for Adults who have experienced sexual assualt and abuse. The meetings will be held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at the Mack Gaston Community Center, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm (registration required).
Snacks are provided, and group topics include:
- Healing activities
- Symptoms of trauma
- Feelings of guilt, shame, fear, and anger
- Self-care and coping skills
- Increasing self-esteem, self-awareness, and safety
